The Rockport Farmers Market is a food-focused market, reserved for vendors who grow and/or make their own products. Please review our Farmers Market Vendor Guidelines and Policies or Community Org / Non-profit Guidelines and Policies before filling out this application.
Our 2024 market season begins Saturday, June 15 and runs for 18 Saturdays ending on October 12 and takes place in Harvey Park (intersection of Broadway and Mt. Pleasant Street.) Market hours are from 9 am to 1 pm.
All Vendors must provide their own table, 10 x 10′ tent, weights and signage. In addition, your business might require certification and retail permitting fees through the Town of Rockport. We require all vendors to have their own liability insurance with Rockport Exchange Corporation listed as an additional insured on the certificate.
FOOD VENDORS – Please provide us with as much information about your products as possible. Also, please indicate if you require electricity. Cost is $35 per market. Vendors who commit to all 18 weeks will be invoiced for 16 weeks (2 weeks free!) if paid by May 31, 2024.

MUSICIANS – We welcome local musicians to sign up for no more than 3 markets. Musicians are paid $100 and can accept gratuities. Musicians are expected to play from 10 to 12 pm with one break, but can start earlier and play later if no conflicting programming.
NON-PROFITS/COMMUNITY ORGS – We offer up to 2 non-profits weekly at no charge, contingent on space availability. Non-profits may select up to three market dates. Non-profits, like vendors, must provide their own table, 10 x 10′ tent, weights and signage. Like vendors, all non-profits and community organizations must have their own liability insurance with Rockport Exchange Corporation listed as an additional insured on the certificate. You will receive an email confirming your dates once the schedule has been set.
