Motif No. Day poster!

Every year we print two types of Motif No.1 Day posters: the annual commemorative poster featuring work from a local artist and a promotional poster, with details about the festival itself. Here is this year’s promo poster, with a collage by Mary Faino of The Paper Mermaid. We LOVE this poster and are excited about seeing it all over Cape Ann spreading the word about Motif No.1 Day! Feel free to download and share it through your own networks!

Join the Harvestfest Scarecrow Stroll!

Whether you’re the creative type or just the type who appreciates other peoples’ creativity, join the Scarecrow Stroll at Harvestfest on October 17th! You can enter the contest as a family, individual, or business to try to come up with a scarecrow that best represents the season — whatever that means to you. Traditional scarecrows welcome, though scarecrows that push the limits of the imagination are always a fantastic contribution to Harvestfest: the region’s best celebration of New England in the fall. Pre-registration encouraged: register online HERE or in Dock Square in downtown Rockport the day of the festival.
